温控器的工作原理如下

When the transformer load is zero, the reading of the winding temperature controller is the temperature of the transformer oil. When the transformer is loaded, the current directly proportional to the load is extracted through the transformer current transformer. After being adjusted by the inverter, it flows through the electric heating element embedded in the glass tube. The additional temperature rise generated by the electric heating element drives the instrument pointer to continue rotating. 因此, after the transformer is loaded, the temperature indicated by the instrument is determined by the top oil temperature of the transformer and the load current of the transformer. That is, the sum of the top oil temperature of the transformer and the temperature rise of the line to the oil reflects the temperature of the tested transformer coil.
