Sensor de temperatura de fibra óptica, Sistema de monitoramento inteligente, Fabricante de fibra óptica distribuída na China
After dedicated research and extensive experimentation, FJINNO Company has independently developed a fluorescent fiber optic temperature sensor. Based on the specific application process, the latest product has been successfully developed by innovatively improving the principle and structure of the fluorescent fiber optic temperature sensing probe. The sensing probe utilizes advanced technology principles to not only achieve a wider range of linearity, but also has a simpler and more sturdy structure, achieving miniaturization and more convenient installation. The coupler structure is more compact and works more stably, greatly improving the sensitivity and reliability of the system.
The fluorescent fiber optic temperature sensor is a modular component that integrates probe, optical channel, photoelectric conversion, information processing, and display transmission.
Fluorescence temperature measurement can be used individually or in multiple networks. Each component has detection, display, and remote transmission functions. When multiple components are used in a network, they only need to be connected to the microcomputer through the RS-485 bus. When setting up a multi-point network, we can use the backend software developed by our company to set the pre alarm and alarm functions according to the actual situation of the user.
O fluorescence temperature measurement system can operate reliably within the ambient temperature range of -25 ℃ to+65 ℃ and the relative humidity range of 10% to 90%. It is an ideal product for online monitoring of the temperature of high-voltage contact points in the power system to achieve pre alarm and maintenance assistance decision-making.
O sistema de medição de temperatura de fibra óptica fluorescente can be applied to 10kV-750kV power equipment: online monitoring of the temperature rise at the grounding (contact) points of high-voltage isolation switches, high-voltage circuit breakers, GIS combination switches, high-voltage current transformers, high-voltage compensation capacitors and inductance circuits, high-voltage switchgear, high-voltage transformers, etc. in substations. It is also possible to conduct online monitoring of core components such as internal connection points, cable joints, and thyristors of high-voltage inverters in outdoor box type substations. The networking configuration is very flexible and installation is very convenient.
The fiber optic temperature measurement system has a sufficiently long fiber optic channel and adopts contact measurement, which can achieve ideal isolation of primary and secondary systems in polluted environments. Fiber optic channels have high tensile strength, as well as good self-supporting and flexural performance, making them suitable for simple and standardized layout. Not affected by electromagnetic fields (including strong electromagnetic fields), with strong resistance to background light interference.
