The new generation temperature controller designed for the new air-cooled dry-type transformer adopts a single-chip computer as the control core and advanced data storage technology, taking the performance of the entire product to a new level. Compared with traditional temperature controllers composed of analog and digital circuits, this instrument uses a high-performance microcomputer controller, which reduces the number of required electronic components by more than half, greatly simplifying the circuit and structural design of this instrument, thereby greatly improving its operational reliability. The temperature controller produced by our company only needs to be set through a few buttons on the panel, and the set parameters will never be lost after a power outage. This instrument also has a “black box” function, which can record the temperature of three wire winding packages at the time of transformer power failure. In terms of anti-interference, this instrument adopts a combination of hardware and software anti-interference measures in its design to jointly monitor the operation of the temperature controller, thus achieving extremely strong anti-interference ability. In terms of use, this instrument also has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient installation, a me ka mālama maʻalahi.

Introduction to the functions of the temperature controller for dry-type transformers
1. It has the function of displaying the temperature of the three-phase wire package and switching the display of the highest phase temperature.
2. The opening and closing of the fan can be automatically controlled based on the set temperature for opening and closing the fan, ensuring the safe operation of the dry-type transformer at normal temperatures. When the highest phase temperature in the three-phase wire package exceeds the set temperature for turning on the fan or when the fan is turned on with the phone, the fan will turn on, and the “fan” working indicator light on the panel will light up.
3. Has over temperature alarm function. When the highest phase temperature in the three wire package exceeds the temperature limit, the temperature controller will emit a buzzing alarm, the “alarm” light on the panel will light up, and a switch signal will be output to the remote control cabinet through the output terminals (11, 12) of the “over temperature” on the main control board to control the sound and light alarm.
4. Equipped with automatic tripping function. When the highest phase temperature in the three-phase wire package reaches the trip temperature, the temperature controller will emit a buzzing alarm, and the “trip” light on the panel will light up. The switch signal will be output through the “trip” output terminals (13, 14) of the power board to cut off the power and protect the dry-type transformer.
5. When the sensor malfunctions, the “Fault” indicator light on the panel will light up, and there will be a buzzing alarm inside the box. ʻO ka “Fault” output terminals (9, 10) will output a switch signal, and the display will display X-HX or X-LO; X represents the fault phase (HO represents open circuit, LO represents short circuit). If all three phases of Pt100 have faults, start the fan simultaneously. The fault alarm signal can be eliminated by the mute button. (Note: When repairing faults, the power supply of the temperature controller should be cut off, and after maintenance, power should be restored.).
6. The fan temperature can be directly set on the panel through buttons, including the temperature for turning on the fan, the temperature for turning off the fan, the temperature for over temperature alarm, the temperature for over high temperature trip, the timing for turning on the fan, and this communication number. Kahi mea hou aʻe, the data will not be lost after a power outage.
7. It has the function of manually controlling the fan and can manually force the fan on. This function can also be used as a test fan function.
8. The fan control type temperature controller has the function of starting the fan at a fixed time. Users can set it on the panel for 0-199 hola (when setting 0000, it means canceling this function). After the fixed time is reached, the fan will automatically run for 2 minutes and stop.
9. This temperature controller has a “black box” function, which records the three-phase temperature at the time of power outage in memory for future reference.
10. All temperature settings can be directly set through the touch keys on the panel. To prevent unauthorized personnel from setting up, the temperature controller is equipped with a password. Only when the password is entered correctly can it be set, otherwise it can only be viewed and cannot be set.
